Directions
1 - Cream the margarine, sugar, rind and eggs.
2 - Add try and moist ingredients alternately. Mix well.
3 - Bake in large tube pan or three loaf pans.
4 - Bake at 350 degrees for 1¾ hours for tube pan.
5 - Place pan of water in oven while baking.
6 - Remove from oven and while still hot pour on topping.
TOPPING
1 cup Orange juice
2 cups Powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. Orange rind (grated)
Directions
1 - Pour over cake.
2 - Let stand in pan till cold.
3 - Remove from pan, wrap in foil.
5- Freeze at least one month. Slice thin.
