Al-Baraka Farms’ production philosophy is based on dates as the most faithful expression of the climate that produces them. Each farms’ climate guides all aspects of production: from limited quantities to ensure maximum quality to attention to every detail and hand harvesting.

Yasmine Al-Baraka
  • Also known as Baraka 11 (B11), named after the founder’s youngest daughter, Yasmine also means “gift of God”; and this land is truly a beautiful gift,
  • 122 dunums, planted with 2,096 trees.
Zayed Al-Baraka
  • Also known as Baraka 1 (B1), named after the late His Highness Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, a passionate leader in the date palm industy
  • 1449 dunums, planted with 15,000 trees
Zein Al-Baraka
  • Also known as Baraka 2 (B2), named after the founder’s wife, who motivated the family to explore  the relationship between nature and farming,
  • 78 dunums, planted with 1,241 trees.
Fakhr Al-Baraka
  • Also known as Baraka 3 (B3), named for the Medjoul date, which is a “pride” for us at Al-Baraka Farms (“Fakhr” means pride in Arabic),
  • 164 dunums, planted with 1,664 trees.
Fohool Al-Baraka
  • Also known as Baraka 4 (B4),
  • Named for the male date palms. (“Fohool” means male in Arabic),
  • 32 dunums, planted with 1015 trees
Abdullah Al-Baraka
  • Also known as Baraka 5 (B5), named for his Majesty King Abdulla, under whose leadership we are continuing to create new farms, this farm is the company’s research arm, where we study and develop new varieties,
  • 441 dunums, planted with 3,040 trees,
Kenz Al-Baraka
  • Also known as Baraka 6 (B6), in this farm, we have several varieties which are our personal favorites, and we consider them to be treasures. (“Kenz” means treasure in Arabic),
  • 191 dunums, planted with 1,335 trees.
Nour Al-Baraka
  • Also known as Baraka 7 (B7), named for the Deglet Nour date. (“Nour” means light in Arabic),
  • 315 dunums, planted with 2,568 trees.
Hussein Al-Baraka
  • Also known as Baraka 8 (B8), named for his Majesty the late King Hussein, under whose leadership we started our first farms,
  • 58 dunums, planted with 1,025 trees.
Yanbou’ Al-Baraka
  • Also known as Baraka 9 (B9), named for the Azraq area where this farm is located, this farm is set in an area where the streams were famous in the past. (“Yanbou” means stream in Arabic).
  • 250 dunums, planted with 3,786 trees.
Wahet Al-Baraka
  • Also known as Baraka 10 (B10), named for the Azraq area where this farm is located, this farm is set in an area which was once considered an oasis. (“Wahet” means oasis in Arabic),
  • 122 dunums, planted with 2,096 trees.
