Cream cheese stuffed medjoul dates

Ingredients 

225 g. Cream cheese, softened

½ Cup walnuts, finely-chopped

Medjouls dates , cut in half lengthwise

Directions 

  1. Beat cream cheese and walnuts until smooth.
  2. Spread, or pipe, cream cheese mixture onto pitted dates.
  3. Decorate with pine nuts.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Note : For a sharper flavour, add some blue cheese to the cream cheese
