Ingredients

Sweet, salty, and tart salad

1 Cup romaine lettuce, shredded

4 Ounces (29g) chicken breast, oven roasted, fat free, chopped

16 g Dates, chopped

85 g Tomatoes – cherry

1/8  Cup almonds, slivered

1/5 (152g) Apple - gala, chopped

¼ Cup (28g) Mozzarella, Part skim - Crystal Farms Reduced Fat Shredded Cheese

1 Tbspn honey

1 Tbspn lime juice

Directions 

1 - For dressing, stir together honey and lime juice until well blended.


2 - Toss with remaining ingredients.
